Garden Hotel Krefeld

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is a plus, as it is close to public transport and even the zoo. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms, some of which have balconies with nice views, are well-equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of German dishes.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the prices were reasonable, especially considering the high season. Secondly, the staff were attentive and made me feel welcome, just like the young lady at the reception who greeted me by name. Lastly, the hotel's location was fantastic, being close to public transport and right next to the Botanic Gardens. It was convenient to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

I was charged for breakfirst, when this is shown as included in the room rate on the origonal booking. I would like the €4.80 x 4 days credited back to my credit card please.

The elevator arrangement is not so convenience you have to take twice(one on the 10 floor to the reception and another one to the floor of your room) and with the relatively small size of the elevator that mean you cannot travel by group. In addition you are required to hand in your room key to reception when you are out for dinner or shopping.

This hotel is conveniently located near public transport and the zoo. the breakfast is good value for the price. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. the staff is friendly and accommodating. Some rooms have excellent views of the city.

The hotel may need a facelift from the outside to improve its appearance.

Reasonably priced, breakfast and WiFi included in price. Rooms are small, but everything you need is there. Breakfast is good, WiFi is a bit slow, but works OK. Friendly staff. Recommended foor a short stay.

Too far from city center.

The hotel had a great location close to public transportation and a nearby zoo. The facilities were clean and parking was available. The staff was helpful and provided a complimentary water bottle.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Spent a pleasant Xmas holiday at this hotel. the location is really convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. the room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city from the window. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the comfortable beds.

The decor is outdated and could benefit from a facelift. the bathroom was a bit cramped and could use more lighting.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were warmly welcomed by a young lady at reception who even remembered our names. It's the little things like this that make a big difference.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was ok.

Nice TV and decent staff. , the hotel was located near some good restaurants and shops. Simple but practical rooms.

The lift was tiny and slow, and the street noise was very loud, making it hard to sleep at night. The decor was outdated and could use a major update.
